DELIVERY FEES
Pouch Oz AB will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to your nominated delivery address within the time period specified at the time of placing your Order. Delivery Fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the Customer to pay in order to confirm their order. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractors. Title and risk in the products, such as loss and damage, pass to you when your order is received by the Courier Company. DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Orders are normally dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden on the same or next business day of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
