RETURNS

Given the nature of our products, we strongly advise you read the below information carefully prior to completing your purchase. 

For health and safety reasons, any item you wish to return must be unused and unopened. We closely inspect each package to ensure the seal on any can is not broken. For hygienic purposes, we can not accept the return of any opened can.

Pouch Oz will not provide a refund, credit or exchange if:

  • You change your mind
  • Your circumstances change
  • You find the product cheaper elsewhere

Pouch Oz will only refund, credit or exchange an item if: 

  • The item is deemed faulty, damaged or expired;
  • The item is due to expire within 14 days of delivery 
  • The item is not the product you ordered

Returning damaged products:

Any cosmetic damage to products purchased from www.pouchoz.com must be reported to Pouch Oz within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to email/send pictures and/or videos of the damaged item(s) prior to posting the parcel back to us. Please contact returns@pouchoz.com with a copy of your receipt, details of your return and our Customer Service team will assist you with the process of returning a damaged product. You will be offered a store credit (less shipping fees) to purchase a new product while we await the return of your damaged product (provided sufficient proof has been provided to us to support your Claim).

Promotional Terms & Conditions:

Unless faulty, items purchased during a promotion (on sale or with a discount code) are final and can not be returned.

Typographical Errors: 

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
